    Cons: Why should I like him again?

    I am very confused by Troy. He tries to rap over semi-rock beats, but he does a very poor job. He sucks as a rapper, and on top of that this is not country music (so why do they call it that and play it on country radio). I actually like rap and coun...try and this offends me because it is neither. Listen to the lyrics, how is that country? It is the same ego centric babble that normal rap offers, but no nearly as creative or innovative. He would never make it on rap radio. My only guess is since Big and Rich (who are OK in my Book) are trying some crossover crap they wanted a black guy to give them street cred (ha ha), but he just flat out sucks. Please stop buying his records so he will be a bad memory. Read more Less

    Pros: None that I can see

    Cons: Country is Great, Mix it with Rap and you get Crap

    I first had to witness this Troy guy at the KZLA Bash in California. I am all for Country being opened to all races and I am not one of those racist who thinks black, mexicans or anyone else can't sing country, but SING Country, don't try to ...Rap it. It's like mixing Whitney Houston with Guns and Roses. Both great on their own but a big mess put together. Read more Less
