At the age of 35 my doctor told me I needed a hysterectomy and I cried for two days. Once I was able to think clearly again I sought a second and third opinion. Each agreed with the first diagnosis and Sept. 1999 I underwent the surgery. One year lat...er I was ready to resume my regular exercise routine which consisted of crunches. After a short time I realized the exercises were causing me great pain. My doctor told me to discontinue the crunches, but could not recommend an exercise to replace my routine. Desperate to stay physically fit, I sought a female P.E. instructor on the local college campus and she suggested Yoga. When I told my friend she went into her office and came out with Rodney Yee's video. This video has been a God send for me. I feel relaxed, yet energized after I've done it. I time my day to fit it in just when I know I'll start to feel a decrease in energy. I plan to add more of Rodney Yee's videos to my routine. I don't feel beat up at the end of the session. I am able to exercise my body and relax my soul and spirit with this program. My teenage daughter does the routines with me too and she looks forward to doing it.I HIGHLY recommend it! Read more Less
