    Pros: Black, Crazy Mary

    Cons: Norhing

    The whole performance is unbelievable. They get more impressive as the show goes on, as disc 2 is actually better than disc 1. The best song is a audience participation version of Black (reminiscent of their performance of Baba O'Reily from the... Pittsburgh, PA show bootleg from a couple of years ago). They end they show with an amazing performance of Yellow Ledbetter. Read more Less

    Pros: Excellent venue for acoustic performance

    Cons: None until I actually hear the cd

    Hopefully, Yahoo will spell the title correctly before the album hits the stores.

    Pros: 25 Minutes to Go, Man of the Hour

    Cons: didn't get to see it live

    Once again, Pearl Jam delivers a gem. Their playing is sound and their sense of humor and humanity are a breath of fresh air in an otherwise stagnant and selfish rock scene. They put emotion into new songs Fatal and Man of the Hour (hopefully staples... during their next tour) and still rock even when on ukelele (Can't Keep - Eddie solo). The only original rock band still playing. Why people give Kurt all the credit for revivng rock boggles my mind. See this band live and you will know why rock and roll will never die. Amazing...add to your collection. Read more Less

    Being a fan over the years I'm glad to see PJ release a live acoustic (mostly) album. The mixing/sound quality of the session is perfect. While I felt that the set list was a little on the slow side (few real rockers) this is one of the better ...releases in a few years. I guess comparing the album the the MTV Unplugged session it just lacks the energy the band once displayed. Great version of Immortality and sing along on Black. Read more Less

    acoustic wonders

    Cons: a little bit of feedback during Man Of The Hour

    This record showcases the talents of this band like no other live recording has done before. The acoustic set (with a little electricity in the right places) puts a whole new light on the rarities (Fatal), the covers (Masters of War, 25 Minutes to G...o, Crazy Mary), the new (Man Of The Hour) and the classics (Black). Eddie Vedder's rich baritone is on full display and the sound quality of this recording is superb. My favorite cuts are the haunting "Nothing As It Seems", the beautiful "Parting Ways", and the fan favorite "Black" which includes a rousing chorus sung by the audience. Even a casual Pearl Jam fan will enjoy this record. Read more Less
