    OK Router - lacking WPS

    Cons: Awful Linksys support, WPS button nogo

    An adequate router, lacking compatibility with Linksys and other equipment incorporating WiFi Protected Security setup. The button prominently shown on the top of the unit does not work. It appears to be there to enable WPS, but Linksys has failed to enable this and has not updated Firmware in about 16 months.

    Linksys Tech Support took almost 1 hour to figure out that WPS mode could not be enabled with their WGA600N "N" type game adapter. This seems to be an orphaned product. Linksys has a bad history of abandoning support for products within a few months of their introduction. Seems that is what happened here.

    Great Fast Router

    Pros: Very fast compared to 802.11g products

    Cons: antennas could not be detached

    It is a great router.The ease of use and the 802.11 draft standard at such a low price backed up by top notch quality of the product makes it a great buy.the router heats up a little if used 24x7 but no issues till date works very well. Linksys provides one extra button on top for future use.long range tested myself with an hp notebook having 802.11g and connected from a distance of 75 metres out of the line of sight. great range, instant buy!!!

    Simple for a good price

    Pros: Easy configuration. I like the software

    Cons: It has a button for future use? What??

    I don't have 802.11n anywhere in my house but maybe that will be the norm soon. At any rate, I picked this up because it was in my price range ( $100) and I like the Linksys brand.

    Works great. Was set up in less than ten minutes. Even better--it was so easy to add my wife's laptop; I only needed to plug her into the router, type in a url and it was done.

    The software provides a great visual view of my network.

    I am very pleased.

    Easy Wireless N router setup...

    Pros: Super easy to setup

    Cons: Tech support staff is outsourced to India/Pakistan

    Being an A+ certified technician with Newtwork+ and Security+ training, I have found this router to be the easiest and most user friendly Wireless N solution currently available. I setup networks for customers all of the time, and this router allows for ISP configuration, as well as Port modification. I even used it on a network where a new Belkin Wireless N router wouldn't see the ISP or allow any modifacation of Always on Internet settings for Clearwire, yet when I hooked up this router to the Clearwire modem, it was on the internet before I had finished the setup. I have yet to have any problems that could not be swiftly delt with.

    Great Product

    Pros: Easy to setup, fast, reliable

    Cons: Haven't found any yet

    I bought this router a couple weeks ago and have been very satisfied with it. I was unsure at the time whether to go with the standard wireless G or the newer wireless N and I am sure glad I went with N. It is fast and reliable, and you have great range capability with it. The setup was extremely simple, just follow along step by step with an install cd.
    I have yet to find any faults or problems with it and would recommend this product to you. The extra 20 to 30 dollars is definately worth it.
