    Pros: versatility, compact, portable

    Cons: Connection issues, overheating

    I bought this product about two years ago. I would not recommend this product for someone who is a serious internet surfer. Installation is easy, but the adapter can overheat and crash, you must restart your computer every time the adapter crashes. I recommend using a PCI adapter if there is an extra spot in your computer and a few extra bucks in your wallet.

    Pros: Small, Easy to Install, Fairly Compatible With Most Computers

    Cons: Tends To Drop Connections, Sometimes Fails To Work On Startup

    I bought one of these from Wal-Mart a while back when I first wanted to use wireless networking with my home desktop PC. It seemed nice, it was small, and easily connected to my Windows XP machine. But that's where it ended. After about a half hour later my connection kept dropping and sometimes when I restarted my computer it wouldn't recognize the adapter. Support wasn't bad but no one could solve the problem. I returned the product and went with an internal PCI wireless adapter and had much better luck. I wouldn't recommend this product to desktop PC users. PCI based adapters work much better

    Cons: freezes

    This thing constantly freezes up my comp. It's basically worthless to me because I have to reboot my comp sometimes as fast as 5 mins. I call Customer service and of course they are located in India so getting someone that speaks English well enough isn't that easy to do.

    I can't say enough good things about this card!!

    I have 3 of them in service for over 3 years now with out even one problem.I have used and installed many Brands of cards and USB............But this one flat out rocks!!!

    One of the best products available for a wireless home network

    Add this to a wireless router (Id suggest the model from Linksys) and you have a very easy to install wireless network for only a couple hundred dollars.
