    Pros: ease of use

    Cons: occassionally have to reboot

    Have purchased two of these printers and we have had none of the problems others have reported. Two of our computers run Windows XP and one Vista. The only problem we have is that printer seems to loose its signal and it has to be turned off and back... on and then it prints. We have never had any problems with the printer printing wirelessly. We have two wireless networks one at our home and one at our apartment and the printers work fine. Read more Less

    Pros: looks good

    Cons: wont work

    This printer may look good, but don't let it fool you. Ink is expensive, and it doesn't work from anything but a USB cable. I tried for 2 weeks with customer support to resolve the issue. It is not my computer (any of the 3 of them). Customer... support is also not great either. I had to wait on the phone for 3 hours before I got to even talk to a human being. They gave me the run around, promised me a new printer that would be overnighted, and that was a week ago. Do not buy lexmark. Their product doesn't work, and they do not help fix the problem.
