Leticia
The Massachusetts-based collegiate folk-rock quintet Leticia (the band) was headed up by lead vocalist/guitarist/songwriter Leticia (the individual), and also featured vocalist Andrea Talbot and bassist Rhys Davies. The band's debut album, No Songs About Trains, was originally released in 1993; a follow-up EP, Vietnam, appeared in 1995. Leticia's second full-length, Barely, bore a harder-rocking approach and a melodic sensibility indebted to Brit-pop; it was released in mid-1997.
