My daughter has owed a Leapster for almost a year. It was her introduction to a hand-held video game. I am a most satisfied consumer. It has withstood a lot of play time in good condition. Unfortunately, the paint is chipped away on the front, but this does not impact the function of the game. The games she has (Princesses, Backyardigans, Nemo, Cars) all engage her in developmentally appropriate skillls. She is reinforcing her knowledge of letters, numbers, spelling, etc. and having fun at the same time. I am a picky buyer. This one has rated well in our home. ...
