The band spends 2004 on the road, their energetic live performances and backstage banter being documented for the DVD Live all'Alcatraz. In March 2005 they finish second in the group category at the San Remo Festival with a new song Ovunque andr, and they release their second album, Le Vibrazioni II that immediately goes gold. Their third album, Officine meccaniche, appears in 2006. Le Vibrazioni's sound relies heavily on1970s hard and progressive rock , their main influences being bands such as Led Zeppelin or Pink Floyd, as well as Italian rockers Vasco Rossi and Ligabue.
