    For my monEy, this rEmains thE bEst housE compilation I'vE ever heard (written Apr 21, 2004). Even with extensive dance collections, my people will still put BOTH disks on 2 or 3 times in a night.These guys have simply found the perfect combo of... funky bass lines, masterful vocal hooks (and voices),trancy trippiness and disco danceability.my desert island 5 will nEEd a dance disk and it's disk 2!     Deep House? This is Better

    What a great album.
    I think this sets the pace for a new genre of crossover. Perhaps Deep house wasn't the best name to describe it. Perhaps it's more jazz house meets deep house. Maybe it's deep jazz. It's great. I love it.
