    okay...this one takes you by surprise

    when i first saw it daniel craig wasn't even known

    well, he is now and this is where i think we all noticed him

    a serious action flick with a great story and very violent chapters

    Pros: Engrossing, Intense, Dark, Beautiful

    Cons: None I can think of

    "Layer Cake" is the story of a high level drug dealer on one last caper before retirement. This is an exciting, involved movie with a lot going on. Much like "Snatch" or "Trainspotting"
    , it is a great combination of come...dy, crime, and violence. Based very closely on a novel of the same title by JJ Connelly. The book is worth reading, as it really gets into the character's motivations. Read more Less
