Latin-pop singer Laura Flores first began performing as a teen, joining her siblings in the group Hermanos y Amigos; by age 17, she was studying vocal and dance at the Centro de Capacitación de Televisa, later co-starring in the Spanish-language edition of the game show Wheel of Fortune. Debuting in 1995 with the LP Nunca Hagas Llorar a Una Mujer, Flores resurfaced two years later with Me Quede Vacia.
