   this is one of the most startling and breathtaking movies i've seen in a long time, maybe ever. mckellar has passed on the opportunity to show bloodshed, muscle and mayhem in the face of the end of the world. instead, he has given us more than a glimpse into the human capacity for courage, sweetness and sorrow at what might be the most important moments of our lives. this movie can change you. ...

   what would you do today if world is to end tonight? this question is not so easy to answer, is it? the movie explores just that.
   
   i enjoyed the movie a lot and will probably end up watching it a couple of times in the next years to come.
   
   if you are tired of flicks with bruce willis saving the world or schwarzenegger fighting the devil, this movie is for you then. if you can't live without typical hollywood action, then don't bother... ...
