About Lake Heartbeat
Lake Heartbeat is primarily a vehicle for the solo songwriting efforts of Jan "Janne" Kask, formerly of the Swedish pop group Brainpool. Lake Heartbeat isn't Kask's first stab at building a solo career. He released his first single, Summer is Here, in 1998, one year after parting ways with Brainpool, and his debut album, Wrestling My Case, came out the following year.
