Synopsis: Lady in the Water (2006)

A modest building manager named Cleveland Heep (Paul Giamatti) rescues a mysterious young woman (Bryce Dallas Howard) from danger and discovers she is actually a narf, a character from a bedtime story who is trying to make the treacherous journey from our world back to hers. Cleveland and his fellow tenants start to realize that they are also characters in this bedtime...

Cleveland and his fellow tenants start to realize that they are also characters in this bedtime story. As Cleveland falls deeper and deeper in love with the woman, he works together with the tenants to protect his new fragile friend from the deadly creatures that reside in this fable and are determined to prevent her from returning home.

    Pros: Very Good

    Cons: none

    This movie was so very good. If you have not have not had the chance to see it yet,you really shoud. M.Night Shaymalan played a key role through out the entire movie. Bryce Dallas Howard was really good in the movie also. Well, they were all very goo...d. You've got to see this movie. Read more Less

    Pros: A quirky, but beautiful story

    Cons: can't think of any!

    I thought this was a really good movie. I liked all the quirky characters in the apartment complex, all very different people, but they all came together to help save Story. I like how it showed we are all connected to each other in ways we don't... even realize, and that we all have a purpose. A beautiful tale! Read more Less
