Pros: The phone comes with a nice set of ringers and is pretty logical to use
Cons: Battery life, workmanship/quality
I've had my phone almost two years and I've had issues where the phone just turns off mid conversation, the battery hardly lasts any more. I drop calls during almost every conversation!

Pros: Nice camera feature, clear sound, decent battery life, easy to use
Cons: Gets hot when you talk on it for about 5-10 minutes
While I agree that this is a well designed product which has served me well for about two years, the only problem that I have faced is that when you talk on it for about five or ten minutes, it gets pretty warm on the keypad, which is right where your face goes. It's pretty uncomfortable to be scalded while talking on the cell phone... Otherwise I find no cons on the phone.

Cons: Battery life with get it now stinks
This phone is absolutely wonderful and durable. You can drop it many times and all it will do is give a little ding on the color. The only bad thing I can find is the battery life goes very fast when you spend time on Verizon's Get It Now.

Cons: Bad picture quality, voice dialing doesn't always work, speakerphone quickly drains battery
It's very easy to navigate through all the screens, store numbers in the phonebook, and take pics. A major plus is that this phone's battery only takes about 2 hours to recharge. The motorola phone I had before this one would take about 6 hours. But, there are some major cons. Using the speakerphone very quickly drains the battery. Using voice commands to call someone stored in the phonebook doesn't always work, and doesn't work at all if you have the person's number listed as "secret." Functions like the camera and phonebook cannot be locked independent of each other. The signal this phone gets is just OK...nothing special. Overall, it's been a decent phone, but I'm not too impressed by it.

I really recommend LG products. I am a very clumsy person - I have dropped this phone from several times. I have washed and dried it, because I forgot to check the pockets in my pants before doing laundry. Oh and I lost it in the sand at the beach and then washed it (I washed it before, right). If a product it last after going through my ownership the company should be awarded with a metal.
