    Great for the price

    Pros: looks great, great size for apartments or small rooms, great clear sound

    Cons: dvd's can be too quiet at times

    This is a great unit for the price! it of course does not sound like the high end component systems do but for under 300 thats to be expected. extremely easy to set up and use. i have never had a single issue with it.

    Pros: Front USB port, attractive design, attractive price

    Cons: Setup functions and menu navigation a bit confusing

    I have this unit, along with my PS3, and LG 47' flat panel. The best thing about this unit is its a great starter unit. The upconverting DVD and the USB port are great. Listening to blue ray uncompressed audio sorround sound is something you have... to hear to believe. Its amazing. I plan on upgrading the surround speakers later to get better music listening range. $250 got me a great surround system, great theater sound. Menu navigation was a bit tricky. Not a lot of options for fine tuning, and instructions are not very clear on how the different audio settings will affect sound. It was nice to have an rca out type video on this unit. I dont have my HDMI cable hooked up to it, but Im still able to run a cheap video cable into my AV video on my TV and be able to see the menu and make changes without having to have HDMI hooked up.
