    Pros: Love the look and the MP3 player

    Cons: Initially the music card would not stay inserted.

    I've had the phone a little over a month. It's performed very well even when traveling across the country.

    Pros: fm tranmitter, user friendly, sleek look/design

    Cons: reception terrible

    I had the original chocolate and only my compliant was the sensitive buttons (due to the slide). I saw this new flip design and was excited - thinking all the problems were solved. I do like the music features, especially the fm transmitter. It is ve...ry user friendly as far as nagivating photos, contacts, etc - plus it looks cool. However, the reception is bad. I only have 1 to 2 bars max everywhere I go. I have lost calls, missed calls and am constantly breaking up. I rely on this phone for my job, so even though I love the features - I have decided to return it:( I am a nervous wreck thinking I am missing work calls. I have had it about 3 weeks and keep trying to give it a chance and do all the software updates, but I don't think the reception is improving. This would be a good phone if you mainly want to use it for music, but if you are looking for reliability - it is not for you. Read more Less

    Mostly Good With Some Bad

    Cons: Scratches easily, terrible camera, internal volume is quite loud

    I got this phone to replace my Chocolate 2 which fell in some muddy water and was not recovered 'till hours later. I am quite happy with it; the upgrades like a bigger screen, sleeker interface, the ability to run multiple apps at once are a plus... (I no longer have to quit the music player to send a text) and it lasts a while and has good reception. With the good comes the bad though. The internal volume of the phone is quite loud, so its best to get some headphones with their own volume control (I had to cut the volume of my custom ringtone in half so as to not scare anyone nearby when it rang), and the camera on it is quite terrible despite being 'better' than the Chocolate 2. The camera in the C2 was 1.3 mp, while the C3 has a 2.0mp cam. It is quite worse than it's 1.3 elder which actually took fairly decent pictures. The pictures look sharp in the viewfinder, but seem to blur right after you take them so every picture has some fuzz (Don't even expect text in your picture to be legible unless it's large), and each picture blows out colors so they look more like an Andy Warhol painting. I doubt it's my camera because I've heard other complaints about it as well. Read more Less

    worst verizon cell

    Pros: looks and it was free

    Cons: poor battery life and poor speaker quality

    this is my 9th cell and it is the worst. battery life is poor and the built in speakers are poor quality also.i would not recommend this cell.

    Pros: Cute looking(at first that is), great features, big clock on front, awesome texting, good font sizes to choose from, front of phone great menu!

    Cons: Scratches horriblely, chips, slow at time, turns off a lot, and the worst battery life I've ever seen

    This phone is real pretty! It is really good looking at first, no scratches yet. I suggent buying a case strongly! Great menu functions, but really really bad battery life! I like this phone, but if it had a fully key board and a 5.1 megapixel camera... it would be the best phone ever! Read more Less

    Awesome Features...Great Value

    Pros: FM Transmitter, Music memory, Battery Life, Front menu and clickwheel, great design

    Cons: I haven't encountered any...yet

    I got this phone one week ago, and I am already in love... The FM Transmitter is an ingenious feature -- you can tune it to ANY station, and I get great sound quality using it in my car. A stand-alone transmitter with the same capabilities could easi...ly go for $40-60. I was alsoable to transfer about 100 songs onto it with relative ease, so now I can double it as an mp3 player.. If you're wondering, the transmitter, music memory (1 gig built in i think), and transferring capability from itunes/wm/rhapsody to the phone is all inclusive with the phone and free of extra charge! Since I've only had it a week, I can't speak to its reliability reception-wise or battery-wise, but neither has been any problem whatsoever so far. The user interface on the front screen with flip closed is aesthetically pleasing, easy-to-use, and very useful -- you can access camera, calendar, pictures, inbox, and music without opening phone. On top of all these things, I've received several comments on how sleek the phone looks. I still can't believe I got it free off rebate! Read more Less
