    Pros: perfect size, clear glass lid option handy, durability

    Cons: life time of seal

    this 8qt pressure cooker is the perfect size for a couple large roasts. We make family style red chilli in such a short cooking time. once lid is positioned properly the seal and pressure are solid, just have to insure that seal is right. Ours wore o...ut in about 15 months and the replacment was ordered at a resonable price and deliverly was prompt. I would buy another as a gift for a special occassion, wedding etc. high quality stainless and do buy the optional glass lid, it's handly and durable. Read more Less
