Pros: Nice Coffee when working
Cons: Hardly ever working properly
Second machine under warranty. This one is 2 days out of Warranty & same problem as the first one. For the price -not good enough. If you are in the market for an automatic coffee machine, don't buy Krups. We did as we thought Krups & coffee got to be good. WRONG!!

Pros: Makes good coffee
Cons: Faulty steamer
This was bought for me as a surprise gift from my husband and to say that I have been disappointed would be an understatement. When the machine is working it produces nice coffee but too much froth, it overflows every cup and is very messy. I am now onto my third machine, all the others having been returned due to a faulty steamer and guess what, I am just about to return this one because of the same fault. Would NOT recommend anyone to invest any money on this product!!
