    Returned to company three times in seven months

    Pros: optical zoom

    Cons: did not work

    Flash malfunctioned. Sent camera to Minolta for warranty repair. They returned the camera and the auto focus would not work. Returned camera again. Minolta "repaired" again under warranty and returned with the zoom not working. Called for t...he 3rd time and was told that a Senior Tech would call within 48 hours. 120 hours later, still no return call from Senior Tech. Called Minolta again and have now returned camera yet again and have been promised a new Z5 in exchange for the bad Z3. Hope this one will work. Minolta has given me a bad taste in mouth!     Pros: 12x zoom

    Cons: I haven't found a con yet.

    This is our first digital camera. We are having so much fun. It has been very easy to learn how to use. This camera can take little movies, so I recorded my children wishing their uncle a Happy Birthday and then emailed it to him. What a great Camera...! I would recomend this camera to anyone. ( As for the support, we haven't needed it yet so it is kind of hard to rate that. ) Read more Less
