This camera is TOUGH! I've been using this for 3 years now and already dropped it twice (4 ft. high)on a concrete floor and still works perfectly well.Got some dings though but it doesn't affect the quality of pictures taken. Sharpness and definition of colors are excellent compared to other brands on its category. The only problem I see is that it takes a little while to start it up. You still have to wait for the lens to be in place and the memory card to be read before you can shoot.I've missed several instantaneous moments that I should have captured due to its slowness.

I was given this camera for graduation and its great. I can just put it on the printer dock and print pictures quick and its very affordable to do so. I'm no pro with pictures but this camera works great for just hanging out with friends and everyday things. I love it and if you are using it for the same purposes as I do you will too.

I have used this camera for over a year and i have never failed to get the best pictires, from 2 megapixel all the way up to 5.0. The picture quality and ease of use is the one of its most reliable features. When matched with the easy share camera dock, transferring pics to your hard drive is a snap, and as i am using the rechargeable battery, my camera is always ready to shoot that perfect shot. Thousands of pics and not a single service issue. Definitely a 5 star camara for the money.

Cons: automatic settings. Poor quality in low light. especially in sport mode. It's SLOW
When they say still camera, they mean STILL!! The slighted movement in the auto setting results in a blurry photo. If you want to take pictures of your kids, be prepared for frustration. It seems to take forever to actually snap the photo after you press the button. In sport mode you can catch the action shots but not in low light.
I called customer service. They said my complaint is unusual but offered no solution.
The price was right and it may be a good camera for first time digital photographers.
My advice, get a 256mb or 512mb card because you'll need to take 200 shots to get 10 good onesWas this review helpful? Yes - No
