Good, solid camera. A bit on the bulky side, but still good. I have used this camera for the last three years and it has always performed well. Even makes good quality videos.

The Z650 was the first advanced camera I had. It take AMAZING photos for a 6.1 mega pixels. I took it with me to SeaWorld and I'm amazed with the quality of the photos. I keep it on auto, and as always my results are awesome. I'm in love with this camera. I've never had any problems with it. It's all about how you use the camera and if you have a good sense of creativity. It's amazing for family trips. And over all...great camera.

One word! Awesome! I did all the research and tested a few before I actually bought it. It's easy to use and takes beautiful pictures! The 10x zoom is great! I take and print my own pictures. They look very professional. Impressive camera! Thanks Kodak!!!!!

I have a Z740 which is pretty much the same camera. (2 yrs old)
My model has 5.0 mega pixel, this has six, plus a few updated features.
The picture quality is great, EasyShare software is just that, easy. Movies and all. I took about 250 pics in Ireland and they came out great.
I have recommended this camera to family and friends and I know at least 5 were purchased in the last year. I've used an SLR Olympus for years. This has the same feel, with a nice grip. It not bulky and it's not too small like some of the popular models out there.
Throw in a 1 MB Sandisk chip, purchase the charger and the small case and you should be all set. Good luck!Was this review helpful? Yes - NoGREAT CAMERA

After my daughter purchased this camera 2 yrs ago for my husband, we then purchased it for my daughter last Christmas. Now 3 other family members have purchased it. It is very easy to use...even our 2 grand-daughters ages 5 & 8 uses it often. I would recommend it to anyone.

Cons: hard to focus when at full zoom
I love the camera, there is only one problem, when at full zoom it is hard to get the picture focused. This camera is the easiest to use even for someone that is doesn't think they can take pictures. Love it takes great pictures outdoors.

Pros: Image quality like a pro, sharp, bright and beautiful colors, serious lens, easy to use
Cons: image stabiliser is none, zoom is not fast enough.
When i saw it for the first time, i knew i'll fall in love with it.
Then i bought it. When i used it, it surprised me with its brilliant vivid color. It's great! I took pic with a fly so close, just a few inch, take macro, and it shows what all the best off it. This camera isn't an SLR, but it act like that, at least try all the best to closing in.
But it still has a lack. It doesn't come with image stabilizer, so you have to use tripod when using maximum zoom.
With the price, Kodak Z650 is the best semi SLR digicam on its class. I'am very satisfied with my own, so, don't worry, for you that demand for the best result of digicam, buy this Z650.Was this review helpful? Yes - No
