    Disappointing quality

    Pros: Easy to clean

    Cons: not reliable

    I bought this machine because I make bread and it is supposed to be heavy duty. It broke just after the warranty expired and after 6 months and 3 return trips to the service depot, it is still not fixed. The technician at the service depot told me he... sees a lot of Kitchenaid mixers and that the quality is no longer good. I wish I had done better research beforehand instead of relying on cooking magazines and websites. These are good for the features and usability but not for the longterm sturdiness/dependability of the products. Read more Less
