Cons: Funky power selection switch, bowl is too shallow and throws food all over the kitchen
I have owned Kitchenaids before I owned the Professional 5 Plus series. Earlier models worked well but the Prof. Plus 5 does NOT. The bowl is far to shallow, on faster speeds, it throws food out of the bowl and all over my kitchen walls. The power selecter is a delayed selector and is funky to operate. It has a tendency to "jump to high speed" all by itself. When it does this, if I am not standing right beside it, I have to clean oll the contents of the bowl off of my walls.Kitchenaid made a mistake making this unit. ...
