    Would not recommend this

    Pros: Looks nice

Cons: Bakes poorly, knobs are cheaply built

This was a real disappointment, expected more from this brand. While the toasting was satisfactory, the use of it as an oven was very suboptimal. It was hard not to burn food, the heating is very uneven. Finally, the knobs are made of plastic and one... soon broke and became useless. We gave up on it and replaced the unit within a year. Not Good

    Pros: Looks nice

    Cons: Plastic knobs, uneven cooking

I expected more from Kitchen Aid as we have a stand mixer for more than 30 years and it's still going strong. This counter top toaster can't even toast a slice of bread evenly. On top of that one of the plastic knobs broke and we have it less... than a month. Do yourself a favor and buy any other brand as this is a total disappointment. Read more Less
