    Pros: Great features...great cup of coffee

    Cons: Leaks all over your counter

    This was a nice looking unit. My first one was great for about a day or two..then it leaked all over the counter! This happened quite often...so I returned it to my retailer for another unit.Well guess what the second did? RIGHT IT LEAKED...enough sa...id...dont waste your time or your money!! Read more Less

    Kitchen Aid 10cup java cofee maker

    Pros: nice looking on my counter, programable, easy set up.

    Cons: leaky lid on carafe...

    I called Kitchen aid, re: leaky lid while brewing, and was told this is an on going issue. So they stopped making this model. They now make a 14 cup that is similar w/out the leak issue. They offered me another lid but also said if I had my receipt t...hey could "help me" not sure what that meant but I intend to call back tomorrow since I found my receipt(husband bought it for me last year for Christmas) to see just what they can do for me.
