King Arthur was amazing! it was fun, sad and exciting. Keira Knightly was great, i thought, and I am very satified with the entire movie. I'm a HUGE fan of Knightly, especially, and i strongly reccomend this movie to awesome people!!! (All u boring peeps, dont bother)

Finally and Arthur movie that is not based around glitter and Glam or a romantic court. This movie took a believable theory and told a different type of Arthur story. Very well done!! Would recommend to all, especially Arthurian fans.

I love that they took out the mystery and magic and tried to set it in a time and place that was real and believable. I was suprised that they showed Christianity in the light that they did. The pagan "unbelievers" and how they were treated.

Great for Arthurian Legend fans

I'm a big fan of Arthurian Legend books and was very excited to see this new telling.

That the writer made Arthur part Roman was an interesting twist, but I liked that the main feel of the movie was still the knights and Arthur being so close and the bond was evident in the movie, for me.

I am iffy on the Guinevere issue, I think it worked ok, and certainly brought in the picts - though in a different way.

My favorite book about King Arthur is "Firelord" by Parke Godwin, and he has Arthur living with the picts, and becoming one of those until summoned back to the real world to face what is going on and lead the Brittains. So there are some elements from this movie I felt 'at home' with.

The Directors Cut is great, I really like the added grittiness of the battles, made them more 'real' - too bad it wasn't what was in the theatres, I think it's really the 'true' King Arthur movie.

as good as Gladiator

Pros: the songs are long and full

Cons: It only has seven songs!!!

The music is well rounded and full. Not only does it enhance the movie, it enhances the movie's emotion. When i listen to this soundtrack, i relive the Arthur experience with all the glory, pain, sadness, and joy. If you could write an overview of a movie through music, this is the one you want to hear over and over.

Pros: Just feeling like you are actually there!

Cons: The fact that the VERY HOT Lancelot dies!!

I love this movie so much I saw it 10 times in the theater. And now I now the movie by heart!! But I still freak out when the "Samuri" dies!(the hot guy with the hawk!) And I feel so sad for the hawk I want to just hold him forever! And I freak out so bad when Lancelot DIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well I just love this movie SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!! I just got it yesterday (December 21) and when I got it I watched it 3 times! I am really tired today but I say "hey hot guys gettin' down in dirty is worth it!" And my bro loves it to!! hes 16 and i'm 13 and my name is Alissa from the U.S.! Well I just wanna say this movie is seriously my favorite movie along with Lord Of The Rings, but King Arthur is so great!!!
