Top-grade sealed ball bearings in the center of the bottom bracket and flywheel. Wireless chest belt included for accuracy and convenience of measuring and monitoring pulse rate. 4 position handlebars and racing saddle both adjust vertically and horizontally for custom fit. Patented resting cups on the handlebars swivel for forearm or palm placement.
