Kenn Cox
Piano. Mainstream, bop and hard bop pianist who made some good dates for Blue Note, Strata and other labels in late '60s and early '70s, then resurfaced in mid-'80s on compilation devoted to recent Detroit musicians. He's never made impact of '50s Motor City players, but is thooughly in tradition of Hank Jones/Tommy Flanagan.
