We purchased the Kenmore Trio and while it's only barely over a year old, barely past the 1 year warranty, the control panel went kaput! This will cost us $260 to fix, and I'm mad as hell. For $1300, I surely expected this to last longer than ONE year. The repairman said the new panel is only warrantied for 90 days! Now that's what I call JUNK. So basically, every few months I can expect this thing to keep breaking.
This is my FIRST Kenmore product, and will be my LAST. Take note, Sears, I will tell ANYONE willing to listen.
P.S. LG makes this crap, avoid them too! ...
