    This vacuum fails on many levels. Just a few months after purchase the hose snapped in two under normal weekly use. It snapped near the handle. Also, the attachment for use on hard floors does not allow debris to get past the brushes so the vacuum en...ds up just pushing dirt around and not sucking it up. The wheels and the hose entry do not pivot well which causes the vacuum to constantly be flipped on its back or side. I wish I had spent a little more on a better vacuum.     Cons: No suction, and noisy

    This is the worst vacuum I have ever owned. My last one from Sears was awesome but the quality has gone all down hill!
