It was fun in the beginning but the lack of songs made it boring after awhile. I don't think you can purchase any more songs. Score is based on pitch level, you could actually hum the song and get a good score.

Pros: fun to have friends over with
Cons: not so great songs
When I went over to a friends house, she had this game on Play Station 2. Unfortunately, I didn't have a PS2 and really wanted this game because it was fun, exciting, and a great addition to a sleepover. I got one of these for Christmas on the GameCube, and can't wait to share it with my friends. It was a really great deal because I paid about $45. My set came with a cool microphone too. The karaoke game is really cool, because it rates your tone, not your whole singing. That is good because if you are an amatuer and you tire easily, you can just hum and get an awesome score. If you have a party, dim the lights and hook it up to a big screen TV, it will be just like you are at a Karaoke Studio. Now, SING LIKE NO ONE'S WATCHING!!!
