    This album is probably one of the finest sets of Barbara ever. I bought this album back in 1980 when it was first released. I paid $129.00 dollars then, And now I will buy it again. It is a brilliant accomplishment of songs and feel this is a very ...special and rare set. I urge anyone to buy this collection, as it is without a doubt, The best of all her albums.     Whether it's on sale or you pay the full amount... This is just a melange of self-praise and bile. Though "Babs" has a great voice, her personality has become larger than the music. She has become absolutly sickening and she really does... need to just disapear and grab a life, rather than grabbing yet more money from her blinded fans. If there are indeed people foolish enough to waste hard earned coin on this travesty... a word of advice: Wait a while. Perhaps you'll find it in the cut-out bin. Read more Less

    The legend of Barbra Streisand is seemingly endless, although it's no wonder that her popularity remains so intact in an industry that pumps out very little vocal talent. One has to commend Barbra Streisand for her steadfast ability to remain at... the top of the "masses" most beloved female vocalists; however, if you peel the layers of production down to the most basic elements, you'll be hard pressed to find even a few real "gems". It's undeniable that Streisand has a glorious vocal ability, but perhaps it is her mystique that has reeled in the cult following that seems to focus on Rainbows and Gay Pride. With all that said, there is not a whole lot new or special in this collection. Easily passable. Read more Less
