Pros: very "high-skool" like, funny, truE fEeLiNgS
Cons: i dun like the ending
Chris was obsessed wit the 'statement' "let's just be friends" of Jamie - the girl of his dream- since high sko0l. He was an overweight guy who was considered to be a big LOSER in high school. (He even sang 'I swear' passionately in front of a mirrorR ). He decided to leave the small town for good, hoping that he could forget the painful memories of bein' stuck in the friend zone with Jamie. He moved to LA then lost weight:D and became successful as a music executive and involved with an INSANE and TERRIBLE singer called Samantha (which shouldve been Britney Hilton). Back to his hometown, Chris met Jamie. He was afraid that he might be her chubby bunny again so he did some show-off about his career which nearly ruined everything b/w them. Chris finally realized Jamie only fell for the sensitive and loyal guy and so after the series of funny and even dorky events the movie had a happy ending.
the first time i saw tis movie...uhm....i didnt not like it very much. it wasnt boring or anything i jus' didnt feel anythin after watchin' it. then a friend told me 'bout it and said he liked it a lot. i was kinda surprised cuz romantic comedy wasnt his type, it was MY thing honestly. I watched it again and sorta liked it cuz tis time i could relate to it...somehow. however, honestly the ending sucked a lil bit.

I absolutely adored this movie..it is funny beyond belief..I had a friend that I so wish I could reconnect with today....Ryan Reynolds is incredible...of course I'd love him in whatever he does....

I RENT ON PPV AND I WATCH IT FOURTEEN TIMES IN ONE DAY THEN THE NEXT DAY I WENT OUT AND BOUGHT IT AND WATCH IT TWO MORE TIMES IT IS A VERY FUNNY MOVIE, I ALSO WENT TO THE MOVIES TO SEE, ONCE WITH MY MOM & DAD,THEN I WENT TWO DAYS LATER I WENT TO SEE JUST FRIENDS WITH MY FIVE FRIENDS AND WE ALL LOVE IT,PLUS I THINK THAT RYAN REYNOLDS IS SO FREAKING SEXY.....................

Pros: some SERIOUSLY embarrassing things happen to almost all the characters
Cons: gets a little long-winded - storyline is a little threadbare
Now I have to admit that I had THE lowest expectations of this movie - in fact, the only reason I even watched this was because I wanted to rent a movie and there was NOTHING I wanted to see. This was literally the least of two evils. I was pleasantly surprised and rewarded by quite a few laughs - some of the most embarrassing things happen in this movie that'll have you cringing and laughing at the same time. All the same, I do have to say that the story leaves something to be desired - it's a little threadbare and when there isn't something funny happening, it's actually kinda boring. I also thought that the characters weren't very believable. All in all, a great movie to watch with friends over pizza & beer, but not one I would rush out to buy!

My fav....romantics comedies! I thought this movie was really good, I got a few good laughs and a lot of giggles out of it.
