Mexican Julio Preciado (born Julio C茅sar Preciado) got involved in traditional music while participating in a group called Banda Tibur贸n, soon becoming the leading singer of Banda El Lim贸n. In 1992, Julio Preciado joined Banda El Recodo, later forming his own group, Banda Perla del Pac铆fico, who made their debut with T煤 Ya Lo Conoces, achieving platinum status soon after. A tribute to popular Mexican singer Ram贸n Ayala was released as Homenaje a Ram贸n Ayala - 25 Aniversario. Entre Amigos followed in 2001.
