Singer/songwriter Julieta Venegas began getting involved in music while taking piano classes at the age of eight, having her first collective experience when she joined a group called Chantaje. In 1992, the artist composed the music for a play called Sirenas de Corazón. Soon she moved to Mexico City, and met major numbers in the local rock scene.
