Joy Ride
Pros: Thrill, excitement and great sound effects
Cons: Too small Movie
Great movie for thrill lovers and...its much better than phone booth and Wrong turn..There are few scenes which are full of comedy and terror at the same time...The features are cool but...i would have expected a little more encounter with some more big brawling trucks...But its over all a good movie..and i would rate it a cool bed timer

paul walker is hot stuff. i have liked him ever since i saw him in she's all that even though his character was an

This is a all round go movie. It keeps you on the edge of your seat and wondering what is going to happen next. There are plenty of extras on this dvd to keep you busy for a while. This is a must for any avid dvd collector.

I must say this movie was great! Especially since Paul Walker is in it. He is so gorgeous! But Lee Lee Sobieski did not deserve the part. They did not match up at all. And she's a bad actress but besides that the movie was great. The plot was amazing and it was very suspenseful.

I never do this. Give two reviews for the same film. But this one is different. I just got this on dvd from my wife for easter. and its great the different endings the commentary. This is one cool dvd.
The film is great the movie is good. buy it now if you dont have it.

I hate scary movies. In fact, I try to avoid them, but for some reason I decided to watch this one. This movie sticks to the plot and doesn't rely on cheap shots (like nudity, etc) to keep your interest--you will be sitting on the edge of your seat anyway! The story is believable and the actors are convincing. Every time you turn around, something else is happening! Steve Zahn injects humor at just the right places. This movie is on my "buy list" for sure.

Although this film is alot like 2 other films I've seen about being chased by a trucker, I really enjoyed it. The acting was good but the actress in it did not pair well with Paul Walker. She is geeky and he's gorgous!! If you are a fan of Paul Walker, I highly recommend this movie and not to mention that you see his beautiful NAKED body in it!! Steve Zahn is very funny in it too.

This movie was fun to watch from start to finish. Don't bother with the alternate endings. That part is just a gimick to get you to buy it. Just watch the movie with the original ending and enjoy.

I don't know what type of crack these people are smokin but this was one of the worst movies I have ever seen, it's up there with Freddy Got Fingered, Mysteria Men and Simply Irresitable (got forced to watch, I swear!) The movie was less scary then bambi going through the woods, This is a non-scary jeepers creepers, which was not a scary movie either, this is garbage, that's all!

IT WAS A GOOD MOVIE CANT WAIT FOR PART 2 TO COME OUT. ITS PROBABLY GOING TO BE LIKE SCREAM AND I KNOW WHAT U DID LAST SUMMER, BUT OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT MOVIE. AND I ALREADY HAVE IT ON DVD.

I loved this movie, I just rented it yesterday and I thought it was going to stupid and I didn't get to see it until midnight all by myself and I was so scared. That man's voice is so creepy, everytime you hear it, you know this guy has problems. And for all you fans of Paul Walker, you get to see a nice shot of his butt and Steve Zahn. The movie is terrific but that's just a bonus point.

JOY RIDE is, without a doubt, the scariest movie of 2001! The cast (including Paul Walker, Steve Zahn, Leelee Sobieski, Jessica Bowman, Jay Hernandez, and the voice of Ted Levine) is awesome! The plot is deliberately simple, yet quite creepy. Director John Dahl truly is a modern-day Hitchcock!
If you enjoy intelligent, witty, funny, chilling, and suspenseful thrillers... then JOY RIDE is one 'ride' that you won't wanna miss!

Anybody who says this movie is predictable is full of crap. There is no way you know what is going to happen. This is the most underated movie of 2001 and Im buying the dvd on March 12.

I hate Paul Walker and little Lee Lee ( what kind of a name is that?). As far as I am concerned Steve Zahn stole the show from the minute he came on screen. He was a drunk, he was loud, and he was immature which are all of his best on screen qualities. The movie was a little lame but he definitely helps to make it more bearable.

Super predictable. I literally knew the lines out of their mouth's before they spoke 'em. I had tp pretend to be scared just to make myself want to love it. Granted it was ok. I would watch it again, with a different ending, because the ending sucks. Horribly. but hey whatever gets your goat.
