    Pros: good mower mechanically

    Cons: paint peeled off in sheets approx 8 months after purchased

    good mower mechanically but paintjob sucks
    not only did mine do this but also my inlaws& next
    door neighbor tried to get taken care of under warranty but no luck

    Cons: Will NOT last like traditional Deere's last.

    Well they are sold in the box stores for a reason & one reason only. For the Co. to temporarily gain market share on the low end tractor market. If you have one of these, and your experience is less than you had hoped for... Don't think all the T...ractors are built that way... just the LA series. You Will and Should get a much much longer and better experiance with the "Select Series" line that is way above the "LA" models in quality. Just a suggestion... Go to a dealer and drive both machines and get on and off them a few times, look at frames / engines / transmissions / mower deck hangers / mower deck components / tie rods / hood material differences / ... EVERYTHING is built to a much lower spec. Good Luck Read more Less
