Burlington, Ontario ska-punks Jersey reunited singer/guitarist Greg Taylor and drummer Kevin Taylor, who previously teamed in the emocore outfit Grade; with Believe's Johnny Lubera on bass, the group debuted in 1998 with No Turning Back, signing to the Fueled by Ramen label to issue the follow-up The Battle Has Begun a year later. Definition appeared in spring 2001.
