    lousy fridge,lousy service

    Pros: looks nice

    Cons: does not work well at all

    I've had this refrigerator for 6 years. During this time, starting with the first year, it has not run properly. (not cold enough in fridge) The repairman that came out even commented that it was a bad design. Anyway, after 6 repairs (one a compl...etely new motor) we have learned that about once a month you have to take the baskets out of the freezer, turn off the electricity, and using a hair blow dryer unfreeze the coils at the back of this thing and unfreeze the opening between the freezer and the fridge. As it melts water runs all over, so put down lots of towels. It is the worst refrigerator I have ever had and costs alot. I would rather have my old GE back. We got this one when we built our new home with all stainless steel appliances. Big mistake! Read more Less
