    I'd rather handwash

    Pros: looks good

    Cons: doesn't clean anything

    I think the dishes come out dirty than when they go in! The extended warranty is only good if you have the time to stay home and wait for them all the time. Apparently, you must have three complaints in a certain amount of time before you get a decent tech to even come out. I have had them out 4 times, and they always say that it is something I am doing wrong. I even had a water softener installed when they blamed it on hard water. Still doesn't clean. I feel like I have had better dishwashers that cost 1/4th the price.

    bad build quality - look elsewhere

    Pros: looks nice

    Cons: leaks water

    Bought this unit about 4 months ago and its going on its 4th service call.

    They have replaced the door seal twice and it still leaks sporadically as it cycles.

    It is also very loud, even with the sound insulation.
