    Pros: Like the Features / Look

    Cons: Bad repair service

    STAY AWAY! The Jenn-Air JSD2695KES refrigerator has been a real disappointment. The refrigerator is made by Maytag and it’s about to have a FOURTH service visit for a loose condenser coil, on the bottom of refrigerator. When the unit is running,... it sounds like a Dump truck is in the kitchen. The Maytag repair man is so “not busy”, he out-sources his repair service. The three non-Maytag repair men that have shown up have had no clue how to fix the coil. The refrigerator needs to be replaced and Jenn-Air is taking the stance that we should just live with the noise. Unacceptable and I am at the point that I am going after Jenn-Air through the Office of the New York State Attorney General office and the NYS better Business Bureau STAY AWAY! Read more Less

    Worst Ever

    Pros: Keeps things cold - it's a fridge

    Cons: NOISY, water gushes from the dispenser.

    I read the reviews before purchase, but I thought because there were only 3, it was a fluke. IT IS NOT!!! I've had 4 service calls and at least 5 calls to Jenn-Air and they still can't fix it. They try to adjust it, but something under there ...hits the frame and vibrates. And when they fix it, it lasts maybe a day. I asked for my money back, but Jenn-Air says they can't exchange or buy back. Instead, they'll pay more than I did for the fridge in service calls because I will keep calling until it's fixed. This is a 2008 model and is discontinued. I wonder why?! And the water dispenser runs hard and fast!!! Read more Less

    Major Annoying noise

    Cons: vibrating noise

    STAY AWAY ...unit is new and has a VERY ANNOYING vibrating noise under the coils...We have completelt leveled it and it DOESNT GO AWAY..it comes on intermittently and it is so loud that it wakes us up. We have wedged shims to stop it but it always co...mes back...ABSOLUTELY NO HELP FROM THE COMPANY!!! they said all refridgerators make some noise....This noise is not normal,,,trust me Read more Less

    Cons: Condensor coil noise

    Same noise as the other reviewer - had this for about 6 months now. I have put some object under the coil to stop the vibration and resulting noise, but every few days I have to readjust that. Will call Jennair and see what they say. Havent called th...em yet. Read more Less
