    Pros: looks nice

    Cons: terrible build quality

    Bought this unit less than 4 months ago and it has already had 5 service calls (waiting on 6th) - issues encountered: 1. loud noises and vibrations from the unit - so bad that they wake us up in the house 2. defective flapper (air control valve) - ...been swapped out twice 3. the unit currently acts as a freezer with no temperature control, it just goes as low as it can go so all the food is frozen Also having problems with a Jennair dishwasher purchased at the same time - so the wise will stay away from Jennair or be sure you buy from a shop that has a no-hassle repair policy.
