A Lot of Fun
Pros: The music is original and very relaxing. The dance is new and unique in the most wonderful way.
Cons: The instructor's sound quality is not very good. I suggest her use a better microphone during recording.
This is one of the most fun dance I have ever learned. The dance really makes my stomach, thighs and hips tired (which is good). The music is very beautiful.
