    Rik Emmett Master Guitarist!

    Pros: Great mix of Rocker, Ballads, and Instrumentals

    Cons: Absolutely none.

    Originally released in 1992, Ispo Facto is Rik Emmett's 2nd solo release after leaving his former band "Triumph". Rik has always been a master guitarist and Ipso Facto showcases his incredible guitar work. Rik is also a great songwriter... and with this album he has been able to explore many different song ideas and writing styles. The tracks "Straight Up" and "Bang On" and "Rainbow Man" are great rocker songs and Rik's guitar work is awesome. The song "Out Of the Blue" is a standout ballad track with wonderful guitar work. The last track "Woke Up This Morning(Blues In My Fingers) is a great tribute to the blues guitar legend "Lonnie Johnson". Ipso Facto showcases Rik Emmett's awesome guitar work and songwriting talents and I would recommend it to any true Rik Emmett fan. I personally own an autographed copy of the CD and sorry it is NOT for sale. Read more Less
