    I have received Turbo Tax - but did not order it!

    I once used Turbo Tax and found it to be a very helpful tool. I, however stopped using it about three years ago. Recently I received the 2002 edition, in the mail - - but I did not order it! I think I have been slammed. Meanwhile, I cant seem to find... a way to contact them to find out why it was sent to me and how to return it to them. I have not received a bill yet and it has not shown up on any of my credit card statements, but if it does, I will really be pissed. I refuse to break the seal, (which is where I would probably find an 800 number for them) because I refuse to pay $39+ for an item that I did not order. Its a good tool for tax preparation, but I do not personally use it any more. Im pretty frustrated about this! If any one out there has an 800 number for Intuit, I would appreciate you sharing it.     is there realy a tubo tax- sham or shame

    i purchased and paid for turbo tax 2003 iun noivember 2002, i have recieved nothing for my money and cangt find any way to ollow up on my order
