Pros: Walked me through both Federal and Masschusetts State Forms
Cons: I have dial up and it seemed to take forever to download.
I have used the same maximizer for the last several years and I could stop doing it and come back to it at another time and every thing was there. It helped with doing my son's first filings for his income tax, both state and Federal.
