This program tried to ruin me .
I got a bill from the IRS that I couldn't pay if I worked 100 years .To advise anyone to use it I would have to dislike them really bad . I wouldn't use it ever again .

used turbotax for many years and used to love it. but this years activation feature killed me. and their service center does not help and referred me around among several departments. eventually i have to use an accountant and wasted all my time. will never buy it again.

very poor questions for advanced users

when attempting to sign-in I had my original pasword rejected AND the prompt question did niot match the original one I used at registration. I am now UNABLE to proceed any further with my electronic filing!!!This wastes any time saved by purchasing this product.

I have been through your basic program twice and I still cant find a place to list where I bought a home in 2002. Then to boot there is no simple way to notify some to ask questions (except 2 dollars a minute)
Even though this is a much better thing for doing taxes ourselfs it does not describe many of the words a lamen person would come across in your program.Was this review helpful? Yes - NoMy love affair with Turbo Tax
I have used this product for the past 4 years and absolutely love it. Its step by step process has made tax time easier and by electronically sending the info to IRS, has made my bank account slightly richer quicker!

Used TurboTax since 97. This year: activation failure, customer service call failure, customer retention failure. Intuit saved me no time and sold me a coaster.

Avoid Turbotax this year - get something else. The production activation failed for me and after hours of tech support and bad customer service had to go out and get a new box which seems okay. but read the production activation with prevents your from installing in 2 computers even in the same home.
