Randy Crafton's Inner Rhythms consists of layers of interweaving percussion, primarily from Africa. The album works as entrancing background music, since its endless series of rhythms have a hypnotizing effect. Nevertheless, it comes off as more of an amaglam than a pure document, but that can be more entertaining for some listeners.
